Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return the Goods Rock-A-Punk will:
- exchange the Goods for alternative goods of your choice to equal value; or
- in the case of the Goods being incorrect, faulty, damaged or defective offer you an exchange or full refund for the price you paid for the Goods;
As long as:
- you notify us of your intention to return the Goods to Rock-A-Punk by emailing email@example.com with your reason(s) and include your order number and EXCHANGE/ REFUND REQUEST in the subject line for authorisation ("Notification") within 7 working days of receipt; and
- the Goods are returned to Rock-A-Punk within 21 days from the date of Notification and
- the Goods are in their original condition (unworn, smoke and damage free), in their original packaging (where possible) and the receipt is enclosed.
- please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, swimwear, earrings, body jewellery or cosmetics.
- gift vouchers are also non-returnable or exchangeable for cash.
- items that are on sale and/or clearance are non-returnable.
- the products being returned were not made to order or made on demand.
If you decide that you no longer want the goods before they reach you:
You should contact Rock-A-Punk by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped the Goods you will need to return the Goods to us in accordance the procedure set out above.
Where you return Goods to us and you are due a refund, we will:
- Issue a refund as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days after we receive your notification. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used when placing payment for the order. Please check with your bank before contacting us if you do not receive your refund within this time.
Where you return Goods to us and you request alternative Goods, we will:
- send you the alternative Goods within the time periods set out on our Delivery page; or
- if the alternative Goods are not available, we will advise you within 3 working days and offer you the choice of alternative Goods to the same value or a refund.
Where you choose to exchange Goods and the alternative Goods are of a lower value, we will issue a refund of the difference between the amount of the original Goods and the alternative Goods as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days after we receive your notification.
Where you choose to exchange Goods and the alternative Goods are of a higher value, we will advise you of the additional amount to be paid and if you choose to proceed with the Order for the alternative goods, we will debit the difference in value from the credit card used during the original order.
If you choose to request alternative goods you are responsible for return postage on the original order, Rock-A-Punk will post the outgoing alternative goods free of charge.
Returning Multi-Buy Discount Offer Goods
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example "buy 2 for £20.00" or "get the lowest priced item free") you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Where you are returning Goods because the Goods supplied were:
- incorrect or
- defective, faulty or damaged
If your order has been damaged in transit or is faulty or incorrect, please follow the procedure set out above.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage in all cases except where goods are incorrect, faulty, damaged or defective. In which case, Rock-A-Punk will add the lowest cost postage available to your refund. Please ensure to use the lowest cost postage method and to include proof of postage and costs in your refund request email.

We remind you, when returning Goods please enclose a slip with your name, postal and email addresses, phone number, reason for return and order number.
Rock-A-Punk is always looking for ways to improve its service and so it would be useful if you also include a brief explanation of the reasons for returning the Goods.
